This Agreement governs your use of the mr88 platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account or placing any bet.

Each individual may hold only one mr88 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
Systematic exploitation of bonuses, arbitrage betting, or collusion will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an Account or use the mr88 Platform. mr88 reserves the right to decline registration to any person without providing a reason.
3.1 Registration. To use the mr88 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) mr88 Account. Registering, owning, or operating more than one Account — whether directly or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. mr88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). mr88 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to submit identity verification documentation including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. mr88 shall not process withdrawals to any Account that has not completed the required verification steps. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by mr88 may result in Account suspension.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify mr88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. mr88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.5 Minors. The mr88 Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under 21 years of age. Where mr88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user is a minor, mr88 will suspend the Account immediately and retain all deposits pending investigation. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use appropriate parental controls to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.
4.1 Accepted Methods. mr88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfers (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash top-up. 4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. mr88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits published in the Cashier section. mr88 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method; most withdrawals are completed within thirty (30) minutes during business hours.
4.4 Currency. The mr88 Wallet operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All displayed balances, bet amounts, and payouts are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated.
4.5 Returned Funds. mr88 reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment method and close an Account where mr88 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of this Agreement.
5.1 General. All Bets placed on the mr88 Platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any product-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market. In the event of conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over these General Terms for the specific matter in dispute.
5.2 Bet Confirmation. A Bet is not accepted until mr88's systems have confirmed the wager and issued a Bet Reference. Until confirmation is issued, no binding contract exists between the Player and mr88.
5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, communication failure, or manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game results, or misidentified events — mr88 reserves the right to declare all affected Bets void and refund stakes to Players' Wallets. mr88's determination in such matters is final.
5.4 Suspicious Activity. mr88 monitors all Betting activity for signs of match-fixing, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors. Where suspicious activity is detected, mr88 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players as communicated in specific promotional terms. mr88 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes Bonus abuse and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using a Bonus solely on low-risk bets designed to exploit the promotion; coordinating with other Players to guarantee mutual profits; or any other conduct that mr88 reasonably determines to be in bad faith.
6.4 Modifications. mr88 reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a Player has validly claimed a Bonus under its published terms, mr88 will honour those terms for the duration of the promotion period.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules applicable to online gaming disputes in the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
